I would simplify each solution set and get "x" by itself (until I get the right answer):

A.) 2x - 4 > 6 or 3x < 9

2x - 4 > 6    Add 4 on both sides

2x > 10      Divide 2 on both sides

x > 5        (you could stop here and go to the next choice since you know this does not match the graph)

3x < 9     Divide 3 on both sides

x < 3

x > 5 and x < 3

B.)   2x - 4 < 6 and 3x > 9

x < 5   and    x > 3

Your answer is B or the 2nd option
