Can someone explain how the answer is p< 18? i understand you flip the sign but how do you get 18?

The first step would be to subtract the 15, giving you , after that you would divide by , and flip the fraction. You'd divide both the  and the -15 by . At this point you should have p < 18.75 - 0.75. which after simplifying would give you p < 18.
