The first method you could use to prove that they are congruent is basically by finding the measures of the corresponding parts using the slope formula aka change formula

Like for example
AB has to equal CD (corresponding parts)
Find the measure of AB and the the measure of CD see if the are the same measure then they are congruent
Note that you will need to vontinue throught the whole figure corresponding parts Abc = Def
AB = CD
AC = DF
BC=EF

The other method is proving that the triangle Def is an image of Abc under the change
Reflection across the y axis and then translation or perhaps rotation of 90 counterclockwise
