Hello! I am currently 14 years old, and female. For a while I have struggled with some issues throughout my family, and now I have came to the internet to see if my "problems" are actually signs of abuse. I've listed some of my situations below, and if I am being abused, what do I do?

Today, I went out on a walk without telling anyone. When I had arrived home, my Dad was furious with me, saying I need to tell people where I go before I leave, and when I wouldn't reply he told me to stand up and walk towards him so he can "pop me in the mouth" I didn't stand up, to which he came over and punched me in my arm, saying he is willing to do anything to teach me how to respect him and my mom.

(side note, a lot of CPS cases were open in the past, but I've always chickened out in fear of foster care)

My parents ground me for little to no reason.
One time I screamed out to my mom that I was almost finished on the computer, which she came out and grounded me for "screaming with an attitude" I explained that i said it twice before she came over; and she didn't hear me.
I was grounded, when i refused to give her my phone she would punch scream kick and even dragged me by my hair to get it. This happened last Friday, and I still have bruising against my wrist and lower back.
Am I just a bad kid? Do other families do this?
I'm always being compared to my sisters.
My mom says things she knows I do not like.
My parents have extreme tempers
My mom holds things I tell her against me
Anything I tell my parents will turn into a lecture
My mom has told me that I was "digging her grave" as well as many other comments
(telling me I am the cause for her bad marriage, saying I've caused her trauma, tells me I'm the reason she acts like this,)
I still remember severe fights, and when I try to talk to her about it, it results in I'm either lying, or I need to let it go.
I am the middle child, and my two other sisters don't experience anything like this. Am I just over reacting or is this more than what I think?
