Rhea, also inherited a substantial sum of money. Jason is having a lot of bright

ideas about starting his own business. However, he is not sure of whether he

should go it alone or whether he should involve Rhea, and what form of

business organization he should adopt. He heard that you did Business Law at

the prestigious School of Business of the University of the Southern Caribbean

and has sought your advice. Advise him on his options and the advantages

and disadvantages of each. (10 marks)
