1. Typically, to be charged with a crime, one must have some kind of intention or knowledge that wrongdoing is being done. This is a mens rea requirement. Do you believe that all crimes should have a mens rea requirement? Or are some actions wrong regardless of intentions or knowledge of wrongdoing? Explain.
