In Article 2 Section 3, the president is empowered to "take care that the laws be faithfully executed." What do you think this means?

This means to make sure that laws are followed to the best of the president's ability and that he does the thing that is right for the country and not for him/herself.

i think it can have both positive and negative effects on businesses.

for example:

lets say you own a small business and taxes go up 4% that means it is going to cost your business more money to buy product to sell. but at the same time you make more money from the tax rise.

that is my theory.
