Izmit co. has filed a suit in a state court against EBS Co., and Izmit Co. has won the case. However, unsatisfied with the court decision, EBS Co. has appealed the decision, claiming that the evidence presented at trail to support Izmit Co. claim was so weak that no reasonable jury could have found for the plaintiff.
