You are driving on a two-lane highway with traffic moving in both directions. The road is slippery, and a vehicle in front of you starts to skid sideways. They block your lane and the right
shoulder of the highway. You should
A) Immediately brake and look for an open area on your right. Be ready to drive off the right side of
the highway to avoid hitting the skidding vehicle.
B: Slow down and steer into the oncoming lane to avoid the skidding vehicle. Hopefully the
oncoming traffic will move over to avoid you.
C: Brake and keep your vehicle in yliogr lane. Brace yourself if you are going to hit the skidding
vehicle.
