A city government refuses to allow a group of Muslims to build a new mosque, or house of worship. 8. Congress decides that Michael Jordan’s contributions to the sport of basketball should be rewarded. So, they will honor him with the title “Sir Michael Jordan.” 9. To fight terrorism, anyone found guilty of a terrorist act will be punished by having his/her fingernails and toenails ripped off. 10. The Vice President quits over a scandal. The President nominates a new Vice President who is not supported by the public. However, she takes office after a confirmation vote of both the House of Representatives and the Senate.
