How often does apportionment of the House of Representative occur?

Apportionment refers to the way the number of Representatives for each state is determined every 10 years, as required by the Constitution, following a national census. The question of apportionment has been a concern of Congress for much of our history.

1. should those convicted of violating laws be labeled?

-yes, because they are violating other people's human rights, so why should they get their's and other's don't?

2. do you feel that this labeling would be an infringement on a person's rights?

-yes it does technically but they lose the right to be human when they rap.e people of everything they have.

all i have to say is that people are truly ignorant and don't have anything better to do with their lives.
