Mandatory voting would make elections truly valid. we have fought so hard in the past for our voting and freedom and yet so many of us don't bother to exercise this right.  if there were twenty thousand other individuals who believed that their vote did not matter then that would be a substantial amount of votes that will not get submitted. mandatory voting is not a violation of liberty or freedom when it is the sole action that keeps it alive.hope you like this : )
