Describe three problems faced by the articles of confederation that were addressed in the constitution.

It is worth noting that there were more downsides to the articles than upsides:

1) Lack of Congress power

2) Lack of Congress's ability to enforce the laws they enacted

3) Lack of Congress's ability to levy taxes and regulate trade
