What are the changeable aspects of a job, manager or organization that normally frustrate you the most?

This sounds like a job interview question more than a question for the "History" section of .  But "historically" speaking, some of the things that tend to frustrate workers are:  lack of communication from management, resistance to changes that should be made, and workers not getting the recognition or compensation they feel they deserve.
