Which causes did the american revolution and the french revolution share?

the american revolution was by the middle and upper class, and the french was by the lower and middle class.

this is my opinon on puritians

puritans we all know as were a relgion to purify the cahtlic church some of there practices were good and they did ways some relgions couldnbt but some ways wern't that good like trying to turn people into their relgion which did spark alot of mass hate to them overall there netrual and did have a semi good cause.
