A state supreme court is the ultimate judicial tribunal in a state's court system. On matters of state law, the decisions of the state supreme court are final and binding.

This court, like most appellate tribunals, is exclusively for hearing appeals of legal issues from lower courts. Thus, it does not make any finding of facts nor does it hold trials.

no every country is held to the same degree as others just some member countries such as the usa and germany are more economically sound so the need to show there support to all others
