Was executive order No.9066 necessary during WWII?

No.9066 was an executive order that removed of all people deemed a threat to national security from the West Coat to "relocation centers" further inland.This resulted in the "incarceration" of Japanese Americans.On December 7 of 1941, the Empire of Japan attacked Pearl Harbor Naval Base in Hawaii. This attack caused a lot of fear about West Coast national security.Many of the people forced out were Japanese Americans that were full United States citizens.Men, women, and children were all "kicked out" of the States.
