Helpful Hints for the DCA
Historical Sites (you need three fitting the time periods Napoleon through the end of the Cold War)
You will need to research the historical significance of the person/event/idea represented in the historical site you visit. It’s ok to go to a museum built in the 21st century to look at a piece of art from the 19th century -- you’re analyzing the art, not the building.

Cultural Activity (you need one cultural activity)
Anything special to that city that may be historical but doesn’t fit the time period we studied this semester (example: visiting an ancient Roman site, or the Cathedral of Notre Dame)
Anything special to that city -- sports? Entertainment? Festivals?
