i think it depends on the criminal.  Whether or not they fixed themselves of their crimes or continued to be crazy but i think for the most part they should be shunned

I would say Neither. Why,l because if we were to totally ignore these criminals and how they did their deeds, then we would never learn how to upgrade protective systems. we should never congratulate successful criminals but we also shouldnt ignore their behaviors and how they did their jobs. Its all about learning and growing.
