Hi, I am supposed to define Authentic leadership in 5 sentences. I already have an idea but I want to get more ideas and make it sound more meaningful. (It's not a specific subject from school but I can't ask my question until I pick one so just ignore the school subject )

a focus on if the leader is genuine, can be developed over time, goes beyond traits and relational approach to leadership, includes moral values and honesty components, newer approach/ findings tentative, somewhat unclear
