The Articles of Confederation was the agreement within the 13 States of USA as part of its first Constitution. Once all 13 states gave their approval to The Articles of Confederation, it was implemented and it forced into effect in 1781. This article clearly showed that there was distrust among the people of the United States of America in regards to a strong central government within the country which takes all the actions and makes all the laws for the welfare of the country. It was considered the initial phase of ‘American Revolution”.Another issue which the Articles had was the lack of Judiciary.
