What does garvey believe to be the best way to achieve progress?

Marcus Garvey was considered the Negro Moses. He started Universal Negro Improvement Association (UNIA) which aims to unite the black. He strongly believe that to achieve progress, the urban masses should unite. He knows that there is a powerful force coming from them.
