In order to become a naturalized citizen of the united states, one must be able to demonstrate knowledge of u. s. civics, be able to show english language proficiency, and

a. be at least twenty-one years of age.
b. not have any traffic violations.
c. be the child of a u. s. resident.
d. be willing to express allegiance to america.
