Evaluate how Albright's point of view may have shaped her perceptions of US actions during the 20th century

Albright seems to take the more moderate point of view on the issues she addresses in her speech. She does not seem to think the US should use any military force outside of the UN and did not believe the US should have a military presence in the areas mentioned above unless absolutely necessary (i.e. threatened national security). She does seem determined to provide democracy and freedom to countries seeking that, possibly due to her own privilege in experiencing those freedoms in America. she seems to take the middle ground in the issues. Military action where necessary, and peace keeping and sanctions where applicable. Perhaps the reasons for her beliefs was living in the ages of the Cold War, liberal movements, and conservative revival, which placed her opinion right in the middle of all of the issues.
