(1) I learn better when I can see things up close and get hands-on experience. (2) We learned about how plants make food through the process of photosynthesis. (3) We looked at pictures, diagrams, and videos in class, but I had trouble understanding how photosynthesis works. (4) Now, we took a field trip to the botanic garden. (5) I saw how the plants grow in the direction of the sunlight. (6) This field trip helped me to better understand concepts from class.
