What could have been different about the American Revolution? Think about the French, Haitian, and/or Latin American Revolutions—what things changed after those revolutions that didn't change after the American Revolution? Why didn't those things change in the United States?

The Haitian Revolution was fundamentally different than the other Atlantic Revolutions in terms of who was fighting, what they were fighting for, and the time it took place. The Haitian Revolution was the only the revolution to have a successful slave revolt in history.
