How do foreign leaders' responses to Kristallnacht compare to their responses to Germany's aggressive expansion into Austria and the Sudetenland?

i am pretty sure that members of congress have term limits, can be impeached, and are nominated through direct popular vote.

no every country is held to the same degree as others just some member countries such as the usa and germany are more economically sound so the need to show there support to all others
