But there is a chance that there are still some black people there to. Same with schools, it is illegal to not allow a black student to participate in that “white school” because of the law. But most people only think that because of the majority of students that are there and their race or color.

There are still white schools in America is because, some white still do not like black people, and some black people haven't moved to those areas. Some black people are threatened by the white people in an area and may be even be discriminated or threatened. People also may just have not moved to the area yet.
