What limits do writing from American civilizations before Spanish contact on American civilizations pre-1600 have as historical sources?

im pretty sure it has something to do with the end of ww1

no every country is held to the same degree as others just some member countries such as the usa and germany are more economically sound so the need to show there support to all others
