The positive things I would point out about my region would be the rich soil and good weather conditions that allow or inhabitants to grow good crops. Yes, this is a major advantage in the Chesapeake colony. We have the fortune to live in a land full of fertile soil that allows us to grow good crops such as tobacco or wheat, that we can export to Europe. This allows us to live decently and have plenty of food for us.  

If you decide to live in the Massachusetts colonies, you will have poor soil, indeed, rocky soil, and you have to be ready to work as a fisherman uder harsh winter conditions that are extremely cold.
