What do the men at the bottom of the page represent? What are they trying to do?

The people at the BOTTOM of the page are holding up the people at the top. If we look at the 2 kinds of people and compare them, the people at the bottom look like working class peasants. The people at the top are dressed in good looking clothes, and probably don't work. Rather, own a factory, etc;

Conclusion, the people at the bottom are peasants, trying to survive by working for these corporate giants. It's kinda sad to be honest. Hope this helps!
