The House of Representatives of the Philippines (Filipino: Kapulungan ng mga Kinatawan ng Pilipinas) is the lower house of the Congress of the Philippines. Informally known as Kamara (from the Spanish word Cámara, meaning "chamber"), the lower house is usually called Congress,[a] although the term collectively refers to both houses.[1]
