14th amendments

This amendments was created to improve the protection for minorities in United States.

15th Amenemtns

This amendments was created to grant Black people to vote in election.

The 19th amendment on the other hand , was created to give the right for women to vote. Before this amendment, even white women weren't allowed to vote. So, this amendment is not specifically targeted black people in Untied States.
