PLEASE HELP How did the Congress System attempt to keep the Conservative Order in place within Europe?

abraham lincoln  (february 12, 1809  – april 15, 1865) was an american statesman, politician, and lawyer who served as the 16th  president of the united states  from 1861 until  his assassination  in april 1865. lincoln led the nation through the  american civil war, its bloodiest war and its greatest moral, constitutional, and political crisis.[2][3]  he preserved the  union,  abolished slavery, strengthened the  federal government, and modernized  the u.s. economy.

most people such as me i dont have one but if   i did i would mostly likely quit my job if the economy was down cylcling that means less money if you go to a bigger job that is prospering you can earn more wage and still be able to feed yourself or why you work all people want more money then they have guarteed most people like me would switch jobs for a better one with higher wage
