YES! I know a ton of stuff about the yellow river and the silk road and all that stuff! anything in particular you want to know? literally ANY question you have, I think I can answer. Here is some stuff about it though.

Explanation: Chinese civilization pretty much began along the yellow river back in the Xia and Shang era and it is therefor known as "The Cradle of Chinese Civilization".

The first civilizations along the yellow river were farming villages. They started practicing agriculture in the flood plans of the yellow river, because there they could find the perfect conditions to grow rice and other such crops that thrive only when drowned in water.

After a while the small civilizations linked up and became a large city, and eventually political powers were decided on and all that usual 'becoming a large, successful civilization' stuff happened.
