J.E.B. Stuart commanded the cavalry wing of Robert E. Army of Northern Virginia and, as noted in a letter addressed to Stuart from Robert E. Lee, served as the “eyes and ears” of the army.

Explanation:

the causes of the dust bowls were severe droughts,   lands became dry and hard, temperature was higher than usual, hot and dry conditions killed crops, high winds. because of those factors, the winds kicked up dry soil and created clouds of dust.

it was justfied as english were being brutal to the colonist and they needed to be stopped therfor causing a war but the moral over that is yes it was justifed
