What was the “Jewish Enlightenment” and how was it similar and different to the Non-Jewish Enlightenment?

Haskalah or Jewish Enlightenment, was an intellectual movement among the Jews of Central and Eastern Europe, with certain influence on those in Western Europe and the Muslim world. The difference with the Non Jewish enlightenment I guess were the people who were not Jewish and did not have an impact on the world like the Jewish Enlightenment
