TOPIC: Evaluate the balance of power between the law-making branches of Texas government (Legislative, Executive/Bureaucracy) -- which holds the greater power or influence over the people of Texas? Is a balance of power properly maintained? Is the individual citizen adequately represented in the governing process in the state? Take a step back -- has the interaction between citizens (that's you!) and their (meaning your) government produced a "just" outcome? You can think of "Just" both in terms of criminal or civil justice (like the courts) or in the more general sense of justice in society at large, however you might define justice.
