In the fictional government of Zooland, the government provides free public education and free healthcare to all citizens. While the leader of this government is responsible for enforcing the laws and guiding government policy, she must listen to the direction of the legislative
branch for pretty much any action she takes. If she does not follow the legislative branch’s direction, they will replace her with a leader who will. The people of Zooland do not directly vote for the leader but they do choose representatives to serve in the legislative branch who will then choose the leader of the executive branch. The people of Zooland are very grateful for their government but the government has invited citizens to town meetings to discuss any grievances they may have.
