The initiative I chose: In the 2017 elections in Kenya, women gained the confidence to run for government positions through funding from the EU, Oxfam, Youth Agenda and Federation of Lawyers (FIDA). They worked towards strengthening the capabilities and capacities of 500 women political aspirants to increase their chances of getting elected.
