What is Humanism?

Humanism can be defined as a system of thought believing that people can live their lives without the need for religious beliefs. However, there are others who consider humanism as proving a significant position to the human being, human values, etc. There are many branches of Humanism. They are Renaissance Humanism, Modern Humanism, Secular Humanism, Philosophical Humanism, Religious Humanism, etc. Humanism place great significance on the role of science and also the reason.

According to humanists, belief should be placed on those that can be considered as rational and scientific. Beyond the realms of this reason and science, one cannot find truth. They are mostly atheists and tend to either deny the existence of God or else have no belief in supernatural existences. However, Humanists believe in the necessity of morality. The sense of right and wrong in actions are not justified by the usage of religion but science and reason. Since humanists do not believe in the existence of the supernatural, they also deny rebirth or the ideas of heaven and hell.

WHAT IS FEUDALISM

 Feudalism is an economic, social, legal, and political relationship that prevailed in medieval Europe. As such feudalism is synonymous with the social structure that existed in medieval Europe. Feudalism is also considered as the first step towards establishment of monarchies. A feudal society was a military hierarchy where lords, who owned huge tracts of land offered fiefs or units of land to the mounted fighters, who were termed as vassals, in exchange of military service. Various factors like financial worth of the lord, quality of land, ability of the vassals influenced the terms of agreement between the lord and the vassals. In the later part of the medieval history the vassals were allowed to pay cash in lieu of military service. The agreement between the lord and the vassals would terminate with the demise of the concerned lord, but rights and duties of vassals would bestow upon their successors.

interdependence is when all participating groups and individuals depend on each other. if you depend on one anothers goods, you end up trading in order to get the items you're looking for. (for ex: if i have food and you have water, we trade in order to depend on each other to live)

the topic i chose to write about was " why scuba diving is so popular". the topic is suitable for the audience because it is the easiest to develop and explain, it can be explained in a simpler more conversational manner, it does not require the use of too many technical words, and the final reason for selecting this topic is that it is the one most people can relate to, you might not know too much about scuba diving, but you could probably agree that it is very popular. the purpose of the writing about this topic is to convince more people about the benefits both for the body and the mind that   scuba diving can have on a person. it can you keep fit since it requires a lot of energy when swimming underwater; it also you relax because you forget about the world when you are underwater being mesmerized by the underwater world. i would write this paper in the summer, a perfect time to give scuba diving a try if a person has not done it yet.
