Why was it important to have an independent judiciary included in the constitution

Judicial independence is important because it guarantees that judges are free to decide honestly and impartially, in accordance with the law and evidence, without concern or fear of interference, control, or improper influence from anyone

the lowest among the social higher rank were the working class. this class remained detached to the political progression   of the country and was hostile to the other two classes

they had more african americans than any other state.
