Aristocracy is the Government Democratic?

Well, First of all.....Let's know what is Aristocracy !!

It is the form of government or a society in which special titles and privileges are given to a small and special class of people. The others are referred to be backward castes or lower grade families, they are bound to pay taxes and have to suffer a lot.

According to American President, Abhram Lincoln Democracy is the form of government of the people, by the people and for the people. Here, The rule supports each and every individuals of the nation and they have many human rights like Right to life, Right to equality, Right against exploitation etc.
