What was “Invincible Armada”? (quick summary would be extremely helpful!)

Spanish Armada, also called Armada or Invincible Armada, Spanish Armada Española or Armada Invencible, the great fleet sent by King Philip II of Spain in 1588 to invade England in conjunction with a Spanish army from Flanders. They wern't as invincable as said though, because they were defeated. It is said to be caused by disease and foul weather mostly, but its defeat was nevertheless a triumphant military victory for England. By fending off the Spanish fleet, the island nation saved itself from invasion and won recognition as one of Europe's most fearsome sea powers.

both are true, the congress does have the power to create banks, even if this power is not specifically described in the constitution, since there is nothing restricting it and there is power given to the congress to make "all laws which shall be necessary and proper". maryland was not allowed to tax a branch of the national bank operating there, and the supreme court decided that no state could. both of these topics were discussed in a decision of the mcculloch v. maryland case in 1819.
