they have been living there ever since they are born.they have the full rights the have that land back. many generations of the native Americans have been living there but suddenly if the land is taken by others they won't have the place to live like they used to in their own land. it would help the native Americans to attain their ancient living back.So, in my opinion the native Americans should be given their land back

        i used both my knowledge of world history and the process of elimination to obtain these answers. option 1 cannot be a possible selection because the mandate of heaven belongs to ancient chinese philosophical belief. option 4 sounds like it would benefit the region than detriment it. however, both 2 and 3 explain a potential reason for what could have contributed to the fall of the roman empire.
