How was Germany punished by the Treaty of Versailles?

Germany was pushed by the treaty of versailles to have a minor army,less economic factor after the french took over a part of German factories, and pay the British and French war reparations, and give land back which split a little bit of germany which was a bit of poland

it would have concentrated power in the executive branch of the government. it would have restored balance among the three branches of government. it would have set a precedent for government intervention in the economy. it would have signaled an end to all the programs of roosevelt’s new deal.
