The student response may vary and may include the workplace and family difficulties due to job loss. Response will include the idea that they and their families are decreased spending when workers in the factory lose their jobs. This will affect other firms, who will require staff to be laid off, reduced hours and delayed jobs. The newly affected people would, in effect, lower their expenses creating difficulties for other companies in the region.
