Hitler's military strategy in Europe was called Blitzkrieg.

While his method seemed to work in other countries, like France, Hitler with his Blitzkrieg method was unable to capture Britain. Britain and Germany fought for a long period of time in the Battle of Britain until Hitler finally withdrew.  

germany's government did not have enough money to pay its debts, so it began printing more money, which caused economic problems. germany did not pay off its wwi debts until 2010. germany was also responsible for paying reparations after world war ii.
