3.the golden gate is the way to freedom,the peace means peace is distributed threw trade, the sobriety meaning his addiction,order meaning he is forced to stay in his country, and industry meaning its his job

4.because it explains that he is ordered to stay in his own country while trading goods from his industry to maintain peace and his birdon is the sobriety
