Do you agree with this analysis that united states v nixon expanded the power of the presidency? why or why not?

I do not agree.

Nixon has exceeded his privileges as president.  

Police arrested five men for breaking into the Democratic Party national headquarters in the Watergate building in Washington, the capital of the United States. Two reporters from the then-small Washington Post, Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein, decided to investigate the assault on the Democratic Party headquarters and found the link to the White House, the seat of the US government. They found out that the president knew about illegal operations. After the arrests, Nixon had secretly ordered his subordinates to cover up the Republican Party's involvement in the crime. The Republicans had hired the five men to spy on the Democrats.

The Senate began investigating the Watergate Case in 1973. The following year, documents emerged proving that Nixon had ordered the cover-up of the incident.

why was the national assembly formed by the third estate?

the estates-general had not been assembled since 1614, and its deputies drew up long lists of grievances and called for sweeping political and social reforms. the third estate, which had the most representatives, declared itself the national assembly and took an oath to force a new constitution on the king.

1983: tamara mckinney becomes the first american female skier to win the alpine world cup overall championship top. she was the only american to hold that title for a quarter century until 2008.

1992: manon rhéaume, from canada,   becomes the only woman to start in a national hockey league game in an exhibition game for the tampa bay lightning . she played on the canada women's national ice hockey team winning gold medals in 1992 and 1994. and silver medals in 1998. manon marked the first time a woman appeared in a regular season professional game with her first appearance against the salt lake golden eagles.

2013: serena williams won 78 of 82 matches at the age of 31. she is an american professional tennis player. she reached the number 1 ranking for the first time on july, 8, 2002. at the age of 16, she played against karsten braasch the battle of sexes. she was the highest paid female athlete in 2016. she is a unicef ambassador .
